Sarah Kerns is the founder of Harborline Growth Advisory, where she partners with founders and leadership teams to accelerate revenue growth in healthcare.
She brings nearly 25 years of experience across healthcare services, pharmaceuticals, technology, and medical devices. Her background spans sales, marketing, business development, and commercial strategy, with a focus on building and scaling growth platforms across both early stage and enterprise organizations.
Sarah has led commercial strategy for healthcare companies, building national revenue models, securing enterprise health system partnerships, and driving growth in private equity backed environments.
She began her career at GlaxoSmithKline and PepsiCo, developing a disciplined approach to sales and go to market execution that continues to shape her work today.
